Job summary

Interflex Printing Wilkesboro, NC is seeking an experienced Quality Technician to ensure products meet specifications on assigned shift.

You will inspect printed rolls and converted products, document test results, and support BRCGS Food Packaging Safety standards.

Attention to detail, basic lab skills, and adherence to procedures are required to help the plant reach its quality goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Windows, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Inspect rolls: verify plates, repeat, wind per spec.
• Use spectrodensitometer to check spot colors.
• Check inks, Dyne, film specs, and opacity.
• Inspect converted products: label, laminates, slits, finished bags.
• Document tests and file samples; maintain QA records.
• Initiate QA holds when issues are found.
