Job summary

Times Microwave Systems is seeking a Quality Technician to maintain metrics, analyze data, and summarize indicators to identify trends that affect product quality and business performance.

You will coordinate with departments on non-conformance, support MRB activities, and help drive quality initiatives. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication are required. This full-time role offers benefits and growth opportunities in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree, 2 years of college experience or 2 years of experience as a Quality Technician.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze information and identify trends.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency working with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using light industrial testing equipment, a plus.
• Experience using CMM Vision System, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with departments on Non-Conformance / Corrective Action status.
• Support MRB (Material Review Board) activities (Rework, Deviations, Scrap, etc.)
• Help implement quality initiatives and efficiencies
• Collect, analyze and report trends that affect quality
• Prepare performance metrics and quality reports
• Maintain records including SQDC and KPI Boards
• Assist with the preparation of FAIR (First Article Inspection reports
