Corlett Turner Inc. is seeking a qualified Quality Inspector in Zeeland, MI to test and inspect products at various production stages and analyze data for quality and reliability.

The role involves performing incoming and final inspections, recording test data, conducting destructive and nondestructive tests, and supporting continuous improvement through data collection and reporting. Shift is Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:15 PM, with a starting pay of $17–$25 per hour.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years related experience.
• Knowledge of quality systems and leadership techniques.
• Knowledge of common engineering operations and methods.

Responsabilidades

• Performs incoming material inspection.
• Conducts final audit inspections on finished goods per the Control plan.
• Records test data and applies statistical quality control.
• Evaluates data and writes reports for deviations from standards.
• Performs destructive and nondestructive tests as defined by the plan.
• Prepares graphs or enters data for analysis.
• Executes daily inspections and reports non-conformances; can stop non-conforming processes.
• Performs internal systems audits and prepares reports.
• Participates in problem solving activities as assigned.
• Manages non-conforming material hold area and related workflows.
• Supports Continuous Improvement through data collection and part measurement.
• Collects costs of quality data and reporting.
• Manages sorting and packing of in-process sorts.
• Other duties may be assigned.
