Job summary

You will support production, identify nonconforming items, gather SPC data, and ensure proper labeling and containment. Candidates need basic math, blueprint reading, and English proficiency; Drawform certifications will be completed within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English well enough to follow safety procedures.
• Completion of the Intro to Production Tech Training Program.
• Must complete all Drawform Operator certifications within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspections of products.
• Monitor products with micrometers, calipers, indicators and gauges.
• Maintain quality documents in an organized manner.
• Measure and inspect parts per Operator Inspection Instruction.
• Identify nonconforming or suspect products and initiate containment.
• Verify SPC data is collected, recorded, and monitored.
• Gather paperwork, SPC data, and gauges for upcoming jobs.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized. Complete labels accurately.
• Support production and participate in team activities.
• Mix and monitor coolant ratios and levels. Perform coil changes.
• Monitor and recycle scrap pieces and parts.
