Soap Creek Resources is seeking a Quality Technician to support manufacturing quality by identifying nonconformances, assisting with root cause analysis and corrective actions, and conducting inspections with cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires a High School Diploma with technical certification preferred and at least 2 years in a manufacturing quality environment, with knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 systems and basic GD&T/ CMM exposure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in quality inspection, data collection, and problem-solving in a manufacturing environment.
• ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 systems preferred; proficiency with precision measuring instruments and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Inspect parts, assemblies, and processes to identify quality nonconformances.
• Support root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone) and CAPA implementation.
• Validate measuring devices, gages, and maintain calibration records.
• Perform production and process audits to verify standard compliance.
• Track and analyze quality trends to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns.
