Job summary

The role requires a High School Diploma with preferred technical training, 2+ years in a manufacturing quality setting, and familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in quality inspection, data collection, and problem-solving in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 systems preferred; proficiency with precision measuring instruments and MS Office.
• Print reading and basic GD&T required; root cause analysis and correction action programs; CMM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts, assemblies, and processes to identify quality nonconformances.
• Support root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone) and CAPA implementation.
• Validate measuring devices, gauges, and maintain calibration records.
• Perform production and process audits to verify standard compliance.
• Track and analyze quality trends to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns.
