Quality Control Auditor - Third Shift!

Full-time hours on Sunday - Thursday, 9pm - 5:30am!

Pay rate starting at $21.00/hr plus $1.50 shift differential

Responsibilities

• Perform daily QA mandatory tests as outlined in the QMS manual (e.g., butterfly test, slosh test, weld test, sill drainage).
• Conduct Customer Focused Audits using the company Quality Hawk system on a provided computer tablet, following the frequency outlined in the QMS manual.
• Ensure all processes are performed correctly through routine checks.
• Inspect incoming raw materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Provide ongoing training and awareness of the company QMS standards.
• Support and implement policies and procedures as outlined in the QMS manual.
• Train production team members on Start-to-Finish audits.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience and education to perform essential functions.
• 1-3 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic math skills and understanding of simple testing equipment (e.g., tape measure, caliper, thermal thermometer).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles (Lean 101).
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and stand, walk, push, bend, and stoop for up to 12 hours.
