Are you ready to step into a role that challenges you and highlights your attention to detail and commitment to excellence? Join us as a Quality Technician on 3rd shift and become a key part of our team, ensuring the highest quality standards in high-voltage bushing production. Your work will impact electrical system reliability worldwide.

Shift Details: Monday to Friday, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Training on 1st shift for approximately 2-3 months.

A Day In The Life
  • Test and inspect high-voltage bushings and components, recording performance data.
  • Manage test and inspection tasks independently to meet production timelines.
  • Audit components like transformer oil and epoxy resin to ensure quality.
  • Operate test equipment and connect circuits for high-voltage testing.
  • Document test data, generate certification reports, and update quality databases.
  • Troubleshoot test circuit issues.
  • Report significant quality issues for corrective action.
  • Serve as a contact for customers during testing, providing documentation and insights.
  • Identify and communicate quality issues, supporting continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to work occasional 1st or 2nd shift, split shifts, and overtime as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • High School diploma or GED; Associate degree in Electrical Engineering is a plus.
  • Experience in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong math skills for analyzing specifications and data.

Physical Requirements: Standing, walking, lifting up to 35 pounds (50 with assistance), normal vision, and tool handling flexibility.
