Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Orion, Michigan is seeking a Quality Technician for the 3rd shift to ensure product conformance to our quality management system. You will document results and support in-process audits across manufacturing operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years related experience; able to read procedures, perform measurements, and communicate findings. You will work with manufacturing personnel to identify causes and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

Monitors and conveys all information to other shift Quality Technicians.**Responsibilities and Duties:*** Empowerment to take responsibility for the quality of work performed.* Perform hourly in process audits of all manufacturing activities, including assembly and repair/rework operations.* Maintain full documentation, per the applicable control plan on items described above.* Identify and isolate nonconforming output discovered during in process audits.
