Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Supervisor for the Night Shift in Greenville, TX to direct production personnel, ensure safety, and drive efficient operations. You will set priorities, monitor quality, and coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning teams.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to coach and develop staff, and a track record of improving safety and performance in manufacturing settings. Night shift schedule applies with some travel flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of production leadership experience.
• Experience in plastics or fabrication is a plus.
• Willingness to work nights and travel 5–10% if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain a safe working environment; audit unsafe conditions and enforce policies.
• Execute production priorities per the schedule to meet customer demands.
• Direct plant floor activities to improve material and labor utilization.
• Address quality and personnel issues promptly for parts and processes.
• Conference with plant teams and other departments to review operations.
• Maintain high plant floor visibility during the shift.
• Lead continuous improvement activities and improvements.
• Promote LEAN and employee engagement to maintain a positive environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Provide and maintain a safe working environment for all employees, including auditing, addressing unsafe behaviors and conditions, timely reporting safety incidents and enforcing safety-related policies and procedures.2. Execute production priorities per the work schedule meeting customer demands.3. Manage and direct plant floor activities to improve utilization of company resources, such as material and labor.4. Respond timely to all quality and personnel issues regarding parts and processes.5. Confer with plant personnel and other departments to review activities and operating reports to determine changes in operations.6. Maintain a high degree of plant floor visibility throughout the shift.7. Facilitate and execute continuous improvement activities.8.
