Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Quality Technician for the 2nd shift in Uniontown, PA. This role provides primary quality support to frontline employees and ensures manufacturing processes follow Legrand standards.

Responsibilities include reviewing build processes, identifying improvements, and communicating product quality and safety information across departments. Candidates should have manufacturing or quality experience and be willing to work all shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in a technical field preferred.
• Manufacturing or quality experience required.

Responsibilities

• Model high standards of conduct and leadership.
• Review build processes and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify and recommend improvements to technical performance.
• Communicate product, quality, and safety information clearly.
• Maintain relationships with teams including Supervisors and Engineers.
• Ensure product meets Legrand standards and take corrective action.
• Verify correct tools, parts and information are used.
• Control of non-conforming materials.
• Assist with PQR, gauge instructions, capability data and Gauge R&R.
• Adhere to company policies and practices.
• Support other shifts and field opportunities as needed.
