Pennsy Supply, Inc. is seeking a second-shift lab technician to test products, record data, and analyze results during development and manufacturing at the Thomasville facility.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety and quality standards, preparation of samples and Certificates of Analysis, and collaboration with production and sales teams to resolve quality issues. Prior lab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree or related experience preferred.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree or 4–6 years related manufacturing/quality experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing quality setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform lab analyses and testing for various production phases.
• Prepare samples, run tests, and record results accurately.
• Generate Certificates of Analysis for finished products when needed.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in all tasks.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams on quality issues.
