Qualifications

Primary Duties
Assure the quality of products and services provided to customers, and reports, monitors, and assures effectiveness and sustainability of corrective actions through quality alerts and standard quality tool.
Support ISO/TS16949 and customer-defined requirements and regulations, assuring ongoing compliance.
Create, modify and/or interpret quality-related documentation for project design history files (APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC and work instruction and other documents).
Support the Quality Department as assigned by Management.
Support customer and supplier visits as requested or assigned.
Perform product tests and validations, analyze resulting data, and document results.
Generate required reports and presentations as needed or assigned by Management.
Support internal audits as required.
Support Quality Lab with daily measurements, calibrations, PPAP layouts, customer return measurements, etc. as assigned by Management.
Support CFT scrap reduction / cost saving activities as assigned by Management.
Other duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications
2-year associates degree in a technical discipline (ME) preferred.
1 to 3 years of related work experience in quality, inspection, laboratory or similar activity.
General knowledge in geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD & T).
Experience with hand measuring tools preferred.
Experience with CMM operating/programming preferred (Mcosmos).
Knowledge of ISO/TS16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC preferred.
Strong skill with computers and computer software including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Traveling domestic/international is possible (extremely limited).
