Job summary

RealTruck Inc. is seeking a Quality Technician for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m.) to inspect materials, ensure ISO/IATF compliance, and support audits.

You will perform in-process, raw material, and final product checks, document results, and communicate trends to QA management. You will collect data in SPC software, manage documentation, and assist in PPAP packages including dimensional layouts and IMDS inputs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in a quality or manufacturing position.
• 2 years of ISO and/or IATF experience required.
• Injection molding machine experience preferred (1 year minimum).

Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and final products for quality.
• Prepare and maintain process monitoring and measurement data.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Report trends and deviations to QA management.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with ISO/IATF standards.
• Assist in PPAP packages and IMDS inputs.
