Hitachi Energy is seeking a Quality Technician for 1st shift Incoming Inspection. You will inspect products, analyze data, and partner with operations to identify root causes and drive improvements for safe, reliable production.

In this role, you will be close to the work inspecting products, analyzing data, and partnering with operations to identify root causes and drive improvement. Perform product inspections at multiple stages of the manufacturing process.
Inspect units prior to customer final inspection.
Identify root causes and close Quality Notifications (QNs).
Support customer issue resolution and wrap-up meeting actions.
Create, communicate, and maintain quality alerts.
Assist with procedure reviews, audits, and CCRP action items.
Verify adherence to standardized processes and work instructions.
Support training efforts to promote safety, quality, and consistency across shifts.
Experience in a manufacturing or quality-focused environment preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills with willingness to learn Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to analyze issues and support root cause problem-solving.
Comfort working collaboratively across teams and shifts.
