Job summary

Responsibilities

Inspects and tests incoming materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications using fixed gauges and measurement tools.
Communicates non-conformities and suggests improvements or remedies with internal departments and supplier representatives; coordinates with Production Supervisors to approve re-work.
Inspects periodic samples of in-process parts and welded assemblies to print specifications; rejects defective parts and notifies supervisors or suppliers.
