The Role

Amphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking a Quality Technician to work out of its state-of-the-art facility in Mesa, AZ.

The successful candidate will support quality functions including, but not limited to, return material and rejection investigation and disposition, customer support, customer quality documentation, and monitoring of quality location inventories.

The key responsibilities of the Quality Technician include, but are not limited to:

• Technical support of customer quality issues/escapes in relation to return material authorizations (RMA's)
• Product review and assist Quality Engineers with disposition, containment, and work orders
• Ability to communicate with customers via phone and email
• Support of corrective action responses based on customer escape issues and data
• Maintain a working knowledge of product workmanship standards and the quality procedures manual
• Determine rework and process work orders
• Review of rejection trends
