PTG Silicones is seeking someone outstanding just like you to join the team and help lead our efforts as a Quality Technician to work Monday - Friday (10 am - 6 pm). This position has a pay range of $19.00 to $25.00 per hour.

You will be responsible for operating inspection equipment (Vision Measuring Machine) and performing visual inspections of products being manufactured. Quality Technicians will assist Operations with daily production needs. This position represents the voice of the customer.

This Includes

• Product inspections (visual and dimensional)
• Documenting inspection data
• Root cause analysis
• Assisting with systems standards maintenance (ISO 9001, 13485, FSSC 22000)
• Helping ensure that our automated production facility runs as many good parts as possible
  
  

The Right Candidate For This Role Will Have

• Experience operating measurement systems (Coordinate Measuring Machine - CMM) and tools such as scales, calipers, and gauges
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and 13485 documentation requirements
• Experience in quality assurance and/or manufacturing
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Detail-oriented tendencies, able to follow instructions carefully
• An analytical approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of Office 365 tools for day-to-day use
