Job summary

ABB Installation Products - Senatobia, MS site is seeking an entry-level Quality Support role within the Quality team. You will assist in implementing and maintaining a quality system, conduct audits, establish controls, and train local teams on quality tools and KPIs.

The role emphasizes reporting quality issues, KPI metrics, and maintaining process documentation, with onsite work in Senatobia, MS in a manufacturing warehouse environment. Fluency in English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-6 months of experience in a Manufacturing Warehouse environment.
• High School Diploma/Certificate Required.
• Ability to communicate in English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Report quality issues data and ensure adherence to the quality management system at all stages.
• Acquire and report quality metrics and KPIs accurately and timely to support analysis and management of local processes.
• Utilize measurement systems to produce data reflecting characteristics of materials, products, systems, and processes.
• Train local operational teams on elements of quality management and promote opportunities for improvement.

This position reports to: Quality Control Supervisor

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist the Quality team in implementing and maintaining a quality system, including conducting audits, establishing controls, training on tools and methodologies. Each day, you will support activities related to quality management within the organizational unit. You will also showcase your expertise by reporting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and customer cases and maintaining process documentation.

• Reporting quality issues data, ensuring adherence to quality management system at all stages.
• Acquiring and reporting quality metrics and KPIs accurately and in a timely manner to facilitate the analysis and management of local processes.
• Utilizing measurement systems to produce data that reflect the accurate characteristics of materials, products, systems, and processes.
• Training local operational teams on relevant elements of quality management, supporting implementation, and promoting opportunities for improvement.
