ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
This role offers a pay rate of $19.50 per hour, with an additional $1.00 differential. The night shift runs from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Essential Functions:
- Conduct product quality inspections and process audits using proper equipment and techniques across all production stages.
- Escalate quality or compliance concerns promptly.
- Serve as the point of contact for quality concerns with Production and Quality Supervisors.
- Develop and maintain inspection audit reports as per schedule.
- Handle quality measuring devices responsibly.
- Accurately complete and manage quality documentation.
- Audit critical-to-quality features every two hours, with visual checks every hour.
- Perform first article inspections/testing promptly to minimize downtime.
- Make decisions on product saving or scrapping and communicate promptly.
- Manage the "Quality Hold" process for products of questionable quality.
- Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures by production personnel.
- Provide training on QA measuring procedures to operators and assistants.
- Audit product labeling and packaging for compliance.
- Maintain quality standards in testing areas.
- Contribute positively to the team environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervision or management.
Skills & Abilities:
- High School Diploma or GED required; a four-year engineering degree or experience with Statistical Process Control (SPC) preferred.
- Experience with ISO9000/QS9000/TS16949 quality systems and auditing is a plus.
- Meet qualification and certification requirements of TimberTech's TRAK program.
Other Requirements:
- Understanding of TimberTech products, processes, quality requirements, and part print reading.
- Strong decision-making, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with quality measuring tools (caliper, micrometer, square, tape measure).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
