Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Quality Technician in Long Prairie, MN. The role involves assisting the Quality Leadership team, checking and testing production, and ensuring food safety and quality standards are met.

You will work day shifts Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with benefits like health and life insurance and opportunities for wage access. Strong eye for detail and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and production paperwork.
• Update product specifications for all finished goods and ensure new and changing raw materials are properly documented.
• Submit and receive required certifications or claims for finished products.
• Manage customer and R&D sample requests for product evaluation, sampling, and shipping.
• Perform audits, track sanitation compliance, review incoming materials, and ensure products meet all food safety and quality standards.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Shift: Day Shift | Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Need to Get the Job Done (Quality Technician Requirements)

• Food quality experience required
• 3-5 years of experience
• Knowledge and experience with Word and Excel
• Attention to detail and drive for process improvement
• Excellent oral and written skills
• High-energy, flexible, self-starter, hands-on, comfortable with little or no administrative support

On the Floor, Every Shift
