Sazerac Company in Lewiston, ME is seeking a Quality Technician to support blending, batching and bottling operations on a 2-2-3 night schedule. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, quality and production targets are met, while maintaining GMP-compliant practices.

Job Description/Responsibilities

The Quality Technician helps keep operations running smoothly by blending, batching, filtering, and preparing products for bottling. This role offers hands‑on involvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with opportunities to build technical skills and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure products meet safety, quality, and production standards while supporting efficient daily operations.

Schedule: 2-2-3 Work Schedule | Night Shift 5:45 PM – 6:00 AM.

Sign-On Bonus: $1,500

What You’ll Do

Qualifications/Requirements

Required:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Experience with processing, batching, or blending operations.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds without assistance.

The hourly rate for this role is$27.27. This is a tier pay position with the opportunity to advance into additional tiers as skill levels are achieved.
