• Knowledgeable in current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) including CFR applications.

• Conduct inventory inspections to monitor and ensure traceability of plant/product movement throughout the facility.
• Perform or assist in quality control inspections to confirm product quality requirements.
• Communicate discrepancies to team leads and document accordingly; participate in corrective actions.
• Accurately complete documentation and enter data to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain adherence to established procedures and SOPs (cGMP).
• Participate in problem solving to drive process improvements.
• Conduct visual inspections of cannabis for adulterants and defects.
• Keep equipment in good working order and ensure a safe work environment.
• Document inspection results by reporting and logging data into quality databases.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Conduct inventory inspections to monitor and ensure traceability of plant/product movement throughout the facility.
• Perform or assist in quality control inspections as directed to confirm established product quality requirements have been achieved.
• Promptly communicate identified discrepancies to team leads and document accordingly. Investigates & participates in correction activities as directed.
• Accurately complete documentation & enter data to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strict adherence to established procedures.
• Participate in problem solving activities to drive process improvements.
• Conduct visual inspections of cannabis for organic and inorganic adulterants and defects.
• Keep equipment (i.e., scales, tools, etc) in good, working order.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs), adhering to cGMP SOPs, and complying with legal regulations
• Document inspection results by completing reports and logs and inputting data into quality database

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• 1 year experience working in a quality function preferably in pharmaceutical or food/beverage production manufacturing.
• Knowledgeable in current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) to include the application of Code of Federal Regulations
• Detail Oriented

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Occasionally Twist/bend/stoop/squat, kneel/crawl
• The ability to communicate orally with management and other co-workers is crucial. Sitting or standing for extended periods is common. Hearing and vision within normal ranges is essential for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents.
• Some heavy lifting may be required
