Job summary

Quest Global in Irving, Texas, is seeking an experienced Dimensional Inspector for aerospace parts. You will perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections using Keyence, ZEISS, and other 3D metrology tools.

Interpret drawings and GD&T, document results per AS9100/ISO 9001, and collaborate with Quality Engineers. On-site role with moderate physical requirements and ITAR considerations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in dimensional inspection in a regulated manufacturing or aerospace environment.
• Hands-on experience with advanced metrology systems such as Keyence XM-5000, VR/VL Series, ZEISS ScanBox, and other CMM or blue-light 3D scanners.
• Familiarity with GD&T, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
• Reading engineering drawings and GD&T with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow EHS policies and maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Assist with root-cause investigations and corrective action implementation as needed.

Pay

$28.85–$32.65 per hour. Compensation decisions are based on experience, skills, education, and other job‑related factors in accordance with our internal pay structure.

Work Requirements

• On‑site position located in Irving, Texas.
• Must commute to and from the location with personal transportation to meet required working hours.
• Shop‑floor environment may include extensive walking and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
