Job summary

DOGA is a global engineering leader dedicated to delivering high-quality, customized solutions. The Quality Technician will work under the Quality Manager to ensure product compliance and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.

The role involves supporting prototypes, inspecting components, interpreting drawings, and coordinating quality reporting. On-site duties include customer communication, meetings, and occasional field inspections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Support the Commercial team with prototypes, part identification, and related requests.
• Perform final assembly and inspection of outgoing components.
• Maintain calibrated tools and keep an organized quality workspace.
• Review and interpret technical drawings to inspect and analyze components.
• Analyze warehouse materials, field failures, and warranty returns.
• Prepare clear and accurate quality reports.
• Perform rework on non-conforming or suspect materials.
• Assist the Quality Manager with daily quality activities as needed.
• Communicate directly with customers regarding quality matters.
• Participate in customer quality meetings.
• Conduct on-site inspections when required.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Quality Technician to join our team, reporting directly to the Quality Manager. This role is a great opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about product quality and continuous improvement.

As part of DOGA's Quality team, you will play a key role in supporting production, ensuring product compliance, and maintaining high standards across our operations.
