Job summary

Angstrom Aluminum is seeking a Quality Technician for our Grand Rapids, MI facility. You will perform inspections on incoming materials, in-process items, and finished parts, and document quality issues in accordance with company standards.

You will work the Monday–Friday night shift (10:30pm–7:00am), collaborating with production, supporting audits, and assisting with the development of QC procedures. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Inspects incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• Documents and reports quality issues per standards and regulations.
• Develops and maintains QC procedures and protocols.
• Participates in internal and external audits and supports training on quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMM and read layouts to direct engineering corrections.
• Collaborate with production to identify improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Apply statistical methods to analyze data and improve product quality.

As a Quality Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
