The Quality Assurance Technician is the final checkpoint before products leave the facility, responsible for ensuring all products meet rigorous quality standards and specifications. Known for their keen attention to detail and technical expertise, Quality Assurance Technician thoroughly inspects cable and wire products to confirm compliance with engineering requirements and industry standards. They possess a solid understanding of product applications and are proficient in reading and interpreting engineered drawings and blueprints.
Key duties include performing detailed inspections, documenting and reporting non-conformances, and ensuring tools like tape measures and calipers are properly calibrated and maintained. Q collaborates closely with production teams to address quality issues promptly, ensuring continuous improvement and operational efficiency. This role requires a solutions-driven team player who actively contributes to maintaining a high-quality manufacturing process. By minimizing defects, reducing waste, and optimizing production flow, the QC Inspector plays a vital role in meeting on-time delivery goals and exceeding customer expectations.
