The role requires a science degree and strong communication skills, with a preference for cosmetics industry experience. You will contribute to continuous improvement and ensure product quality aligns with customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a science field or equivalent quality-focused manufacturing experience.
• Experience with FDA/ISO guidelines, SOPs, audits, and documentation.
• Knowledge of statistical sampling and testing for packaging/finished goods.
• Strong communication and a team-oriented mindset.
• Experience in the beauty industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to production units, vendors, and quality laboratories to ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory standards.
• Assist in tests on packaging components, bulk materials, and finished goods to maintain product quality.
