Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; advanced coursework preferred.
  • GMP experience in pharmaceuticals or medical devices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organization.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation.
  • Experience in Quality Control preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming components, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Review documentation before production starts and perform First Piece Approval (FPA).
  • Record and maintain data per GMP.
  • Prepare inspection sheets using Word/Excel.
  • Troubleshoot quality concerns on the production floor.
  • Verify Device/Drug History Records (DHR) and calibration of equipment.
  • Support CAPA processes and ISO/FDA GMP compliance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
