About the Role:

The Quality Technician plays a critical role in ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance before reaching customers. This position involves conducting detailed inspections, performing tests, and analyzing data to identify defects or deviations from specifications. The Quality Technician collaborates closely with production teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection instruments.
  • Basic understanding of quality standards such as ISO 9001 or industry‑specific regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification as a Quality Technician (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Technician) is highly desirable.
  • Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management software systems.
  • Familiarity with root cause analysis techniques and corrective/preventive action processes.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials relevant to the industry.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
