We’re looking for a Quality Technician to help keep our clean room extrusion operations running at peak performance. You’ll be the go-to quality guru, ensuring our high-performance tubing meets tight tolerances, rigorous standards, and customer expectations. If you like puzzles, science, and being the calm in the storm, this job is for you.
Inspect extrusion tubing using precision tools—micrometers, calipers, gauges, and more
Document measurements, findings, and anything else that looks “off” with clarity and accuracy
Perform visual inspections to catch even the tiniest defects before they become big problems
Support in-process, final product, and incoming material inspections
Assist with product testing and validations—because quality is science too!
Collaborate with production, engineering, and other quality teammates to keep standards sky-high
Be a clean room rockstar—follow gowning and cleanliness protocols to a "T"
To be successful you:
High school diploma or GED (bonus if you’ve got a tech certificate or related coursework)
Experience in a manufacturing or quality environment (extrusion or clean room a plus!)
A sharp eye for detail and love for all things accurate
Familiarity with measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Strong communication skills—you’re clear, concise, and confident
Comfort working in a clean room with proper PPE and procedures
A calm, focused mindset—you’re the one everyone trusts when precision matters most
