Unknown Client in Canton, MA is seeking a Quality Technician to inspect incoming materials and manufactured products for conformance in the utility sector. The role requires hands-on testing with meters, oscilloscopes, and DMMs, plus the ability to read schematics and electrical drawings.

You will conduct inspections, assist in testing control cabinets, and complete detailed test reports for quality assurance. This is a direct-hire, on-site position offering a strong long-term opportunity.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of mechanical and electrical quality inspection/testing experience.
• Ability to read schematic diagrams and engineering drawings/parts.
• Experience with meters, oscilloscopes, and electronic test devices.
• Familiarity with Digital Multimeters (DMM).
• Attention to detail for visual inspections.

In this role, you will be working as a Quality Inspector for a client that works in the utility industry. This position will be responsible for inspections and testing of incoming materials purchased or products manufactured to ensure conformance.

This position is a direct hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

Pay; 55,000-$65,000/Yr.

• High school diploma or technical degree (preferred)


• 1-2+ years of experience with mechanical and electrical quality inspection/testing


• Ablility to read schematic diagrams, engineering drawing/parts


• Experience with meters, oscilloscopes, input/output electronic test devices


• Have used or are familiar with Digital Multimeters (DMM)


• Attention to detail for visual inspections


• Conduct inspections of incoming material purchased from vendors and products manufactured to ensure conformance with quality standards.
