Job summary

Imricor is seeking a Quality Technician to support product manufacturing in Minnesota. You will perform inspections, facilitate calibration, review DHRs, and assist with quality system tasks to ensure compliance.

The role requires attention to detail, strong documentation skills, and collaboration with operators and the quality team. A two-year degree and 3+ years of quality experience are preferred, with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent experience in quality or manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality and manufacturing environment, with good documentation practices.
• Knowledge of inspection concepts, measuring tools, test equipment, and calibration programs.
• ISO 13485 knowledge preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Performs receiving and inspection activities for components, subassemblies, labeling, and finished products to support production.
• Performs First Article Inspections (FAIs) using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and tensile testers.
• Facilitates calibration activities through a 3rd party calibration vendor.
• Facilitates/manages preventative maintenance activities through the Operations department.
• Performs Design History Record (DHR) reviews and manages documentation in an electronic QMS.
• Performs small change orders for quick process or QMS improvements.
• Interfaces with Operators on the manufacturing line to resolve minor issues.
• Executes Test Method Validations (TMVs) and material reworks through nonconformances.
• Maintains positive communications with all levels and stakeholders.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job description

The Quality Technician will be responsible for supporting Imricor’s product manufacturing. Primary responsibilities include receiving Inspections, facilitating calibration & preventative maintenance, DHR review, and manufacturing quality support. This position is responsible for complying with the Quality System requirements and carrying out responsibilities outlined in the environmental, health, and safety policies.

Compensation: The expected base wage range for this Minnesota-based position is $25-32 per hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental, Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, and Retirement Benefits).

• Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent experience in quality or manufacturing environment or relevant industry.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality and manufacturing environment, including good documentation practice skills to maintain neat and accurate records and files.
• Knowledge and experience with inspection concepts, general measuring tools and test equipment, and maintenance and calibration programs.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 requirements preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
