Herrmann Ultrasonics develops and builds machines that join plastics, packaging materials, nonwovens and metals with ultrasonic vibrations. This technology is suitable in many industries, such as medical, electronics, food and automotive. Job Profile for Quality Technician

• Inspect finished and in-process parts to ensure quality standards
• Create and maintain inspection plans and quality records
• Calibrate and maintain measurement equipment
• Support production by resolving quality issues and supplier complaints
• Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives
• Report quality trends and issues to management
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years in QA/QC with blueprint and GD&T reading skills
• Proficient with inspection tools and ERP systems
• Familiar with ISO-9001 and statistical process control (preferred)
• Strong computer skills (Excel, QA software)
• High school diploma required; CQT or associate degree preferred
• Good communication, detail-oriented, able to work independently
• English fluency required
  
  

Work Environment

• Must stand most of the day and lift up to 50 lbs
• PPE required
