Job summary

HORIBA Semiconductor in Austin, TX is seeking a Quality Technician to join our North American Semiconductor group. The role focuses on testing and evaluating instrumentation to ensure they meet specifications, performing inspections for qualification, and supporting ISO quality adherence in Cleanroom operations.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of QC technician experience, with proficiency in measuring tools and basic MS Office software.

Qualifications

• Ability to use measuring tools and perform hand set-up required.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Under the general supervision of the Production Manager tests and evaluates instrumentation to verify that they meet published and approved specifications.
• Perform inspection services for the qualification of product.
• Assist Cleanroom Operations in overall adherence to ISO Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities include:
