Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year in production or inspection. Training is provided for measurement tools, with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

• Use calipers, micrometers, or other measuring tools (training provided).
• Label, tag, or isolate materials that don’t meet quality standards.
• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for quality issues.

Pay Rate: $20.50 – $22.55 per hour
Shift: 1st and 2nd

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect and test products to ensure quality standards are met
• Document findings and follow inspection procedures
• Work with team members to resolve any quality issues
• Perform visual inspections and basic measurements on parts and materials to ensure they meet specifications
• Document and report any defects or non-conformities using simple inspection forms or software
• Use calipers, micrometers, or other measuring tools (we’ll train you if needed!)
• Label, tag, or isolate materials that don’t meet quality standards
• Support the team in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for quality issue
