The position offers a 12-hour night schedule on a 2-2-3 pattern with starting pay around $24/hour, full-time employment, and opportunities for professional growth in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct all conformance testing of Level 4 Process Quality Technician and operate listed equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet core requirements in testing knowledge and competency.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics as defined by supervisor/manager.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work with all levels of people to achieve plant objectives.
• Understanding of key problem-solving techniques.
• Ability to conduct effective audits.

Responsibilities

• Test product per required standards.
• Perform process and product audits.
• Process and document product in material review area.
• Provide technical support to operations proactively and as needed.
• Provides conformance testing and process audits/validation activities.
• Works with Scheduling, CSR’s, Operations, and Distributions to complete tasks.
• Involvement and completion of assigned projects.
