Multimatic in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Quality Liaison to bridge Quality and Manufacturing. The person will audit, enforce and train associates on the quality policy, and work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities include reading GD&T blueprints, controlling non-conforming materials, supporting capability studies, PPAPs, updating ICPs, and assisting with audits and root-cause analysis to improve process and product quality.

A High School diploma or GED. Minimum two (2) years general or specific experience in this field.
Ability to read, comprehend and interpret documents and statutes from jurisdictional agencies and governmental units, procedure and policy manuals, contracts and agreements. Ability to write instructions, procedures, policies, reports and various correspondences. Ability to speak and present effectively in one-on-one, and in small and large group settings, as well as before customers, government and regulatory agencies
Ability to apply mathematical concepts in statistical analysis, design of experiments, and part variations.
Ability to apply common sense understanding and create instructions, reports and analysis from data or statues furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Interpret and apply laws and regulations to situations. Ability to negotiate with associates and business entities. Superior interpersonal abilities. Ability to communicate with diverse personalities is tactful, mature and flexible. Good reasoning abilities, sound judgment, resourceful and well organized. The ability to establish credibility and be decisive, while supporting personnel and the organizations preferences and priorities.
