Job summary

Stratosphere Quality in the United States seeks a Quality Team Leader to guide quality inspection teams on multiple projects. You will set up projects, train inspectors on work instructions, inspect parts, and ensure compliance with quality standards across sites.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses. You will report on safety, verify gauges and equipment, and handle project documentation as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality inspection teams.

• Detail-oriented with ability to train inspectors on procedures.
• Leadership experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise quality inspection teams.
• Set up projects and manage team expectations.

• Ensure safety and company requirements are followed.
