Job summary

Stratosphere Quality is seeking a Project Supervisor to lead project setup, coordinate customer deliverables, and supervise teams at manufacturing plants and warehouses. You will travel to sites to oversee quality inspectors and ensure adherence to project requirements and safety standards.

The role offers weekly pay, overtime opportunities, and comprehensive benefits. Must have a valid driver’s license and be prepared for short-notice travel to customer facilities.

Qualifications

• Flexible and adaptable to varying manufacturing environments.

• At least 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience with business-to-business customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Set up projects and manage customer deliverables and team expectations.
• Train and supervise team leaders and inspectors; coordinate with customers.
• Travel to customer facilities to supervise inspections and workflow.
• Develop and maintain working relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and project requirements.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
