Job summary

TRIGO Global Quality Solutions in Dundee, MI seeks a Team Leader to supervise and develop a quality-focused team. You will train inspectors, ensure adherence to processes, and maintain a productive site atmosphere while upholding safety and customer guidelines.

The role involves collaboration with site leadership, daily stakeholder communication, and independent decision-making to meet project needs. Strong English skills and physical ability to handle lift/move requirements are needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in Quality related position preferred.
• Demonstrate leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Daily communication with various stakeholders at the site level.
• Assist Site Leaders or Sr. Site Leaders as needed.
• Train inspectors and validate adherence to process (eg: audits).
• Communicate changes in projects and work instructions to inspectors.
• Document and report non-conformances to Site Leader/Supervisor.
• Make independent judgments for subjective scenarios according to project needs.
• Troubleshoot and solve issues pertaining to process flow, new criteria, spikes/spills.
• Manage material movements using inventory tools as needed.
• Work as an inspector when required.
• Comply with Health & Safety legislation, laws, and policies.
