TRIGO Global Quality Solutions is seeking a Team Leader for the Dundee, MI site. The role focuses on leading and developing a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and training inspectors in adherence to processes.

You will manage relationships with customers and site staff while upholding health and safety standards. The position requires strong English communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to travel for projects as needed.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with basic MS Office tools (Excel/Outlook).
• Willingness to travel as needed for projects.
• Ability to lift/move items and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain relationships with customers and site personnel.
• Daily communication with stakeholders at the site level.
• Train inspectors and validate adherence to process (audits).
• Document and report non-conformances to Site Leader/Supervisor.
• Make independent judgments for subjective project needs.
