Zusammenfassung

ProAmpac in Hartford, Wisconsin is seeking a Quality Lead to supervise quality system compliance across extrusion, rewind, and press departments. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure adherence to ISO and food safety standards, and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.

The role leads quality testing, audits, and corrective actions while supporting supplier audits and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives. Hartford Production Site, Monday–Friday 7am–3pm.

Qualifikationen

• Three+ years of experience in a quality assurance role.
• Associates or B.S. in quality-related field a plus.
• Training or lead experience preferred.
• SQF experience preferred.
• Six Sigma Belt certification a plus.
• Product or industry-specific machine experience.
• Basic mechanical skills.
• High school level mathematics.
• Troubleshooting/Problem solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead quality efforts across production departments, ensuring safety procedures, work instructions, and product specs are followed.
• Investigate internal and customer quality concerns, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct testing, inspections, and audits to verify production data, product samples, incoming materials, and corrective action effectiveness.
• Develop testing procedures and quality metrics, train employees, track response times, and manage disposition of rejected materials.
• Support customer and supplier audits, document supplier claims, and drive continuous improvement via Lean/Six Sigma.
