Hyve Solutions in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Quality Control Team Lead to guide a team of 8 QC inspectors across Server Assembly, Repair, Rack Build, RSI, FQC, and related processes in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will lead daily meetings, enforce quality plans, train new QC staff, oversee NCR handling, and ensure accurate data entry in MYCIS & Sharepoint. This in-person role offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 4 years of quality assurance experience required.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8 QC Inspectors across multiple production areas.
• Participate in daily morning meetings to address issues.
• Train new QC staff and cross-train existing team.
• Oversee visual inspections and data recording in MYCIS & Sharepoint.
• Ensure completion of daily quality audits and NCR processing.
