Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Quality Team Lead - G2.The rate for this position is $23.77 per hour. The core hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm, and Friday from 7:00 am until 11:00 am.This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What you’ll do:The Team Lead partners closely with the Supervisor to drive results across key performance metrics, including safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity. The Team Lead provides day-to-day leadership by promoting teamwork, training and coaching employees, supporting problem resolution, and ensuring standards are consistently upheld to enable strong team performance.Provide guidance and direction to ensure compliance with safety, quality, production, and 5S expectations.Maintain high levels of quality within assigned functional areas and promote a culture of quality.Train, instruct, and support employees to meet production goals and follow standard procedures.Deliver daily tactical oversight to align employees with production targets and business priorities.Lead Tier 1 meetings as needed to communicate goals, progress, and results.Utilize and maintain familiarity with systems such as DMM, ENOVIA, Turnback, Change Notice, Vista, and AS400.Communicate issues to the Supervisor proactively and support timely resolution.Lead by example to motivate the team, foster a positive work environment, and address conflicts effectively.Drive a forklift when needed to the essential functions for the quality.This is the general nature and level of work being performed and is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties, or skills required.
