Job summary

Stratosphere Quality seeks a Team Leader to supervise quality inspection teams on 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will lead, train, and coordinate inspections across fast-paced plants, ensuring safety and quality standards while frequently traveling to sites.

The role emphasizes leadership experience, strong communication, and adaptability, with training provided and opportunities for advancement. PTO from day one and benefits follow after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Willingness to travel to multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise quality inspection teams.
• Set up projects and manage team expectations.
• Train inspectors on work instructions and procedures.
• Inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate with customers and job site contacts.
• Ensure safety and company requirements are followed.
• Verify tools, equipment, and gauges.
• Complete project paperwork and reporting.
• Step in as acting supervisor when needed.
• Travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses.
