Grifols is seeking a Quality Systems & Training Manager at our Bowling Green, OH donor center. The role evaluates processes, develops action plans, and coordinates the strategic implementation of quality system processes and corrective actions, reporting to the Center Manager.

The position requires a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent and entails directing QA activities, overseeing audits, training records, and continuous quality improvement across the center.

• Maintains oversight of the center's quality management system and ensures continuous quality improvement by addressing deficiencies promptly.
• Directs and monitors processes to ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations; implements SOPs for quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Maintains oversight of the training program to ensure staff competency and maintains training records and files.
• Collaborates with Center Manager to ensure donor center operations meet product quality, donor suitability, and donor safety standards.
• Leads personnel functions for the Quality Associate including hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling.
