Responsibilities

• Completes weekly review of equipment QC and maintenance records.
• Documents and investigates deviations and customer complaints related to quality.
• Inspects and releases incoming supplies; reports non-conforming materials.
• Performs documentation review for unsuitable test results.
• Reviews plasma processing documentation for proper freezing and storage.
• Assists with center training programs and maintains training records.
