Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to oversee the Quality Management System, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement across product and process quality. The role collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers and customers to ensure regulatory and customer requirements are met.

The ideal candidate has ISO 9001:2015 knowledge, AS9100D preferred, and SAP experience; strong analytical and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering or Quality Management, or 3+ years of Quality Systems experience.
• Highly organized and able to clearly communicate requirements with stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
• AS9100D, IPC 610 and JSTD knowledge preferred.
• AS9100D Lead Auditor preferred; SAP experience required.
• Ability to analyze quality data and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficient in documenting and editing quality records.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure QMS compliance with ISO/AS standards and applicable regulations.
• Manage site procedures, specifications and controlled documents.
• Coordinate and conduct internal audits; support external audits.
• Close audit findings and lead CAPA processes.
• Coordinate calibration and out-of-tolerance investigations.
• Analyze quality data to drive continuous improvement.
• Support Management Review and QA training initiatives.
• Maintain records per TE retention policy and customer requirements.
