Job summary

Emerald Technologies is seeking a Quality Specialist to join its Saline, MI team. You will analyze and perform root cause corrective actions for quality issues raised through customer feedback, RMAs, and corrective actions, and support the development and administration of the Quality System by releasing documentation, auditing, and updating procedures.

Qualifications

2-4 years in quality or related role.
Six Sigma Green Belt
Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100
Audit experience.
IPC 610 Certification
Experience with Made2Manage, Cogiscan

Responsibilities

Investigate quality issues and perform root cause analysis.
Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions.
Release documentation into the quality system.
Train personnel in the proper execution of quality manufacturing processes.
Work with resources to determine root cause and develop corrective actions; assist in developing manufacturing practices and controls to prevent quality issues.
